• All new clients must begin their skincare journey with a consultation, which can be conducted either virtually or in person.
• Appointments should be booked in advance. Existing clients can schedule their appointments during their consultation upon arrival.
• Walk-in appointments are accepted based on availability, so we recommend booking ahead.
• We encourage clients to confirm their appointments and specify their preferred methods of communication, whether by phone, text, email, or through our online booking system.

Please be aware that bookings without payments are invalid. Payments secure your appointment, as they allow us time to prepare for your visit.

To show that we value your time and understand your needs, we will send you a reminder 24 hours before your appointment to help you remember your scheduled time.

While we make every effort to remind you, it is ultimately your responsibility to remember your appointments. If you miss an appointment, you must attempt to reschedule within seven (7) business days; otherwise, the appointment will be automatically canceled as a no-show. This policy is non-negotiable.
